Sales & Orders

Opening Order & Reorder Value:  $250

Any order maintenance, including the addition or removal of products, or cancellation request, must be submitted via email and acknowledged by Myrians one week prior to the scheduled ship date.

Items must be ordered in selling increments.  Myrians will increase the quantity to the next appropriate increment if items are ordered out of quantity.

Pricing, quantity minimums, sets and assortments are subject to change per Myrians’ discretion.

All pricing is in US dollars.

Myrians will generate and process backorders when items become available.  Any backorder less than $50 will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise requested.

Terms & Payment

Credit terms can be requested by completing a Myrians credit application and trade reference form with which the customer has existing terms.

Credit terms are extended at the discretion of Myrians and can be revoked at any time.  

Delinquent accounts will be subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month until paid in full. 

Myrians reserves the right to suspend shipments on delinquent accounts.

Myrians accepts payments in the form of check and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

All invoices are due on or before the due date per the terms of sale.

Shipping

All shipments are FOB Sioux Falls, SD.

Myrians default shipping method is best and cheapest (B&C).  Shipping costs will be added to each invoice.  If the customer has a preferred carrier collect number, this shipping preference can be requested during order placement.  Any loss or damage of merchandise with a preferred carrier collect shipment will be addressed by the customer to their preferred carrier.

Any additional requirements needed for delivery will be at the customer’s expense.  These requirements may be found during or after shipment or delivery.  A minimum of $100 per requirement will be charged.  Examples of these requirements are, but not limited to, liftgates, residential delivery and address change after the order has been shipped from Myrians warehouse. 

Orders shipping via LTL must have a minimum value of $500.

Myrians will ship any eligible order as quickly as possible.  For orders needing expedited shipping, Myrians offers a priority service for $50 per order.  Priority orders will ship within 2 business days.

Returns & Claims

All shipments are to be inspected immediately upon receipt.

Claims submitted after 30 days of invoice date will not be considered.

Do not discard products or inner packing material as call tags may be issued.  If call tags are issued, products must be returned in their original inner cartons; inner cartons must be placed in an additional outer box.

Myrians product labels must be free of pricing and connected to the product.

Claims totaling more than $50 need accompanying photos.  Myrians reserves the right to inspect products before issuing replacements, credit memos and/or call tags.

All returns must have an approved return authorization number or call tag assigned to the claim.  Any unauthorized return (including refusal on a valid shipment or undeliverable shipment) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges from and to Myrians.

Thanks to traditional craftmanship, items may have minor variations in color and finishes.  These variations in products are not considered defective.

Plastic liners that are cracked or chipped are not eligible for credit.

Products are designed exclusively for decorative purposes.

Outdoor use of products is at the discretion of the customer.  Damages resulting from weather conditions will not be considered.

Myrians apologizes for any typographical errors in these terms and conditions and retains the right to make corrections as needed.

Myrians reserves the right to update terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
