1. Do I need a business license or resale certificate to purchase wholesale?
Yes, we require proof of a state issued Tax ID or resale certificate (EIN) to qualify for wholesale pricing.
2. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, we have a minimum order quantity. MOQs vary by product, so please check the product listings or contact us for specific details.
3. Can I mix and match different products to meet the MOQ?
Since we have carefully reviewed each product and adjusted our minimum order quantities (MOQs) to keep them low for individual SKUs, we do not permit mixing SKUs to meet the minimum order value.
4. Do you offer special orders for any of the products that you carry?
If you require a special order for a product in large quantities, please contact your local representative or email customerservice@myrians.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and order size.
6. Can I order samples before placing a large order?

7. What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
